Team Building

One of our main priorities is to help build a cohesive unit of players that functions together as one.  We take great responsibility in strengthening relationships between players and bonding our teams while improving  our young athletes' personal development.   Whether its a scheduled group event or an impromptu ice cream stop, a team outing gives our players the opportunity to get to know each other on a more personal level.  This typically leads to improving team morale and motivation.   Creating a bonded team that plays with enthusiasm, confidence, and shared goals both on and off the field is paramount.   The L.I. Jesters aim to foster these activities to build a team of players who play together, stay together and succeed together.
